Common Problems and Fixes


  1. Keyboard is disabled: This happens when you are in Modeler and switch to a different application (other than the browser) then switch back.
    Fix: Press and release the alt key. Key input should resume.
  2. Modeler displays only a gray area on startup: The problem seems to occur when there is another browser window already running a Flash Player application.
    Fix: Place the cursor in the browser's address box and press F5 to reload the page. May need to do this several times.
